Terms and Conditions for McRennett Bakery – Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Welcome to McRennett Foods Pvt. Ltd! By accessing or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made in-store, online, or through any other means at McRennett Bakery, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

McRennett Bakery reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all our bakery products. However, variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our goods.

Allergen information is available upon request. Customers with food allergies should inquire before purchasing.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed in-store, over the phone, or via our online platforms.

Payments are accepted via cash, debit/credit cards, UPI, and other accepted payment methods in India.

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. No credit or delayed payments will be accepted.

4. Custom Orders

Custom cake and pastry orders require a minimum advance booking of 48 hours. For larger orders, a lead time of 72 hours or more may be required.

A 50% advance payment is required for all custom orders. The remaining balance must be paid upon collection or delivery.

Any changes to custom orders must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders once placed can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.

Custom orders are non-refundable after the production process has begun, except in cases of defects or discrepancies from the agreed-upon specifications.

Refunds for online orders will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

6. Delivery Policy

McRennett offers delivery services within certain areas of Chennai. Delivery fees may apply based on the location.

While we strive to deliver within the specified time, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as traffic, weather, or availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information. McRennett will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our baked goods. If any product is found to be unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund, subject to management approval.

Claims regarding product quality must be made within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.

8. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed in-store and online are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Tamil Nadu state regulations.

McRennett Bakery reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

9. Promotions and Offers

Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be detailed at the time of the offer.

Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, product designs, and names associated with McRennett Bakery, are the intellectual property of McRennett. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and the state laws of Tamil Nadu. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai.
